Estacio Uno has been our go to hotel for over a decade however frankly this trip it is unfortunately dated and lost all appeal entirely. Rooms : The premium room sea side suite is fantastic room with fantastic views however the amenities is horrible the bathroom has sewerage fault omitting a raw sewer odour that is faintly masked via an exhaust fan that runs 24 hours a day / bed is rock hard and no running hot water . Hotel ammenities : No sun-beds No outdoor furniture lounges or sunbeds On a positive: The staff are absolutely lovely and tried there very best to accommodate within there means. Good live music at nights Good grill at dinner time Summary Huge fall from grace It’s in dire need of restoration and upgrades . Not at all happy with our stay and would not return unless the renovated currently status is more akin to a Hostel not a Hotel .

This hotel and location is ideal for family. I was dreaming about a quiet and not crowded place in Boracay since we brought our 1 year old kid with us to have our intimate bonding without any distraction and it turns out amazing. The food are the best, the room was huge and my kid was able to run around the room. It was memorable and the best.

To guests considering this place, probably due to its location in quiet station 1 and a minute walk to Boracay's iconic landmark Willy's Rock, go for the premium deluxe rooms with the beach front view. It is absolutely clear that the hotel is in dire need of a proper renovation, but the EPIC view of the beach from your room makes up for it. In addition, the staff are super friendly and accommodating - 5/5 for service! Food during breakfast is okay (though I particularly liked their freshly cooked omelette). All told despite its shortcomings, we had a fantastic and comfortable stay.

There are two parts of Estacio Uno, the main and the annex. Your hotel is probably the annex. Things that I like about Estacio Uno - They welcome you always like very much a VIP - Best service every time - Great breakfast selection - Kind enough to heat your food even if we didn't buy it there - Main lobby is next to the beach near the grotto. Greatest sunsets ever. What I don't like - About the annex, I don't know if it's recently acquired. -- Door paint is not well done -- Coffee and Tea are available, but there's no water boiler in default in our room -- Bathroom hot water seems to have no temperature regulator, you may experience being scalded, my wife panicked when she can't reach the knob because there was boiling water coming from the shower in front of her. Was a funny experience for me, but not for my wife. -- The roofdeck pool needs maintenance, some tiles are falling apart and some are not aligned. Kids who play around might get cut. Over-all, 4-star experience. Will book there again when we get back.

Estacio Uno Lifestyle Resort is a superb beachfront resort in Boracay Island, Philippines. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, and the roomsare spacious and well-appointed, offering beautiful views of the beach. The resort also has a great pool, restaurant, and beach bar, making it a perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Boracay.

We are checked on a seaview room. The room is nice, with the touch of classic feels. The service is perfect. We love the extra mile service of the staff. Quiet, calm and relaxing place to rest.

Best part: LOCATION. It's in the beach front, easy to access through public transpo and away from the noise in other stations. It's really nice to also have breakfast right beside the beach. Aside from location, they have attentive staff. We got the room that has direct access to the mini swimming pool which was nice. What we didn't like: The first room assigned to us has broken knob so it was a hassle when we had to transfer. The CR also has a see-through effect so it's kinda tricky.

I think we have the best view and i love it. It's a seaview room. Literally few steps away from the famous grotto in station 1. The room is huge. Super spacious. I love that they do house keeping every single day and they give us fresh towels and refill everything (toiletries, bottled water, etc.). The staff were all so friendly. The food is not consistent i have to be honest on that. There are days the food are amazing and some days, it's so so. Also, they have complimentary drinks when you arrived and a seashell necklace that's cute. I think the only concern i have during our stay is that the toilet flush doesn't work properly, there were also some cracks on the wall (nothing alarming to be fair). Overall i would certainly recommend this hotel. P.S. they have strong internet connection hence i was able to work while on vacation lol
